Please note that the list of risks provided below is not exhaustive:

Regulatory Risks
As the use of crypto-assets increases, so do the global regulations governing them. Different countries have varying approaches to crypto-assets and cryptocurrency exchange regulations. Some jurisdictions consider these assets and related operations illegal. Nomox may cease services or prohibit usage in such jurisdictions or for clients from such locations. You affirm that you won't use Nomox’s services if local laws prohibit you from doing so. You are also responsible for compliance with local laws concerning regulatory, tax, and legal matters related to crypto-assets.
Price Volatility Risks
Crypto-assets are highly volatile, with values dependent on market fluctuations. The value can increase, decrease significantly, or even become worthless. Being decentralized and based on blockchain technology, crypto-assets are not influenced by central banks, making them susceptible to market changes. You acknowledge the risk of financial loss associated with buying, selling, and holding crypto-assets and using Nomox’s services.
Liquidity Risks
Buying or selling crypto-assets can be difficult or impossible when there is insufficient market liquidity. Liquidity depends on factors like trading volumes and usability. Nomox is not responsible for crypto-asset liquidity.
Cybersecurity and IT Maintenance Risks
Usage of crypto-assets and exchange platforms exposes you to operational and information security risks. Nomox implements measures for cybersecurity but does not guarantee immunity against failures and cyberattacks. You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of access credentials and the security of your hardware and software. You also understand the risks related to IT maintenance of the Nomox platform, including potential lack of access, order cancellations during maintenance, and delays caused by network transmission problems.
